Returns

We want your Baxter Forest products to bring you great joy.  If you aren't satisfied for any reason, please let us know!  Returns must be received within 30 days of the order delivery date. 

Email us at hello@baxterforest.com if you need to return an item.  We'll provide you with a return code and the information you need to ship the item back to us.  To keep things simple, we don't offer exchanges.  Please note that it may take a few business days for a refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.  

Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.  Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the price you originally paid, minus shipping fees.  Please note that return shipping is at your expense.  We recommend that you insure and keep tracking information for any package you send to us - if we don't receive the package, we can't help you!
